Zindagi zinda-dili ka naam hai
There was a time I’d chase sunsets with a camera in one hand and a plan for the perfect Instagram grid in the other. Every frame told a story. Every moment had a caption. Fast forward to now, and I’m mostly capturing toy-strewn floors, sleepy smiles, and half-eaten snacks… all on my phone, for an audience of exactly zero.
Life changed. Priorities shifted. And honestly, I don’t miss the likes or the hashtags. I’ve been living the kind of moments that don’t need filters, the kind that don’t pause long enough for me to grab a DSLR. They’re messy, loud, sometimes chaotic, but always full of heart.
We don’t always talk about this phase, the quiet disappearing act from social media, the guilt of not “creating,” the joy of just being. But here’s the thing: the best parts of life often happen off-screen.
So if my feed’s been dry and my stories are silent, don’t worry. I’m just busy collecting real memories. Not everything needs to be posted. Some moments are sacred. Some smiles are just for us.
Shoot memories, not content. Post when you feel like it. Live like you mean it.
No filters, no followers, just love. And maybe one blurry toddler photo, if you're lucky. There's beauty in that messy life you have, and no, I won’t be linking it in bio.
As said by an urdu shayar, Imam Baksh Nasikh-
Zindagi zinda-dili ka naam hai,
Murda dil kya khaak jiya karte hain.

Embracing Life Beyond the Highlights
