Musical 24 hours.. What Magic uff

It all started with hearing a voice note of someone describing the magic of a collaboration between Eddie Veder and Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan ji song, without sharing the name.. Thus began the journey into music, the next 24 hours that I’d never have imagined..(being bedridden and unwell helped in distracting myself in something I loved)

Searched Google goddess and found out it was from the Beautiful movie- Eat,Pray, Love- the Song -’The Long Road’

What a beginning this was…never thought it would become such a long road of magic one after the other..

The voice note person also had put up multiple choices between ‘Huzur is kadar bhi na itra ke chaliye’ and ‘Mera Kuch Samaan’ to ‘Chupke Chupke raat din’ , and I was creating a totally novel playlist by now…such Soul warming songs, and all time favorites, all suddenly into one pot, popping like corn, one after the other..

Then another friends post mentioning @parasnathflute ,had never heard the name before, such gratitude to have discovered this gem(apologies music lovers if this be considered a crime to not know about him) and then magic following more magic and not ceasing.. What was happening? - leading me next to Pratibha Singh Baghel, had heard her and didn't remember her name, to then see Paras and Pratibha perform ‘ Tum ko hum dil mein Basa lenge’ with the ‘Budapest Symphony’ and then connecting the dots to ‘SufiScore’ , by now I'm drowning in , and loving this drowning in deep waters of Enchanting and captivating music…

Pratibha ji ko sunkar, listening to her led me to a collaboration with her and Shivam Mahadevan-i must confess I've been so lost in my world of mothering I didn't know these gems existed,

Shivam singing- ‘ Jaane yeh Kya hua’ a KK Classic..blew me over.. To then rediscovering, reconnecting with his father Shankar saheb- and now comes the finale- not knowing that he won a Grammy for- ‘The Moment’ the Album Shakti with him, Zakir the boss Hussain, Ganesh Rajagopalan, Selva Ganesh and John Mclaughlin ….

Wow what a musically captivating 24 hours this has been
