I had all at once !

That day... I still remember that day crystal clear as I experienced the energy and existence of him. Here him resonates Lord Ganesha. According to me Lord Ganesha is the god of wisdom, patience and to experience feeling of satisfaction. This is purely based on the experiences I have had of Lord Ganapati. When I see the idol I am stunned by the silence which I experience when looked into the eyes of almighty. That is why I say feeling of satisfaction, completeness !

Now about that day, it was year 2022 Anant chaturdashi procession at Laxmi road, Pune. The Dhol Tasha Pathak leading Ganesha to the Visarjan spot were full of energy and enthusiasm, also with heavy heart as favourite lord was leaving. It takes hours and hours to reach actual visarjan spot as the crowd and Dhol Tasha Pathak players get really involved in the grooving beats made by traditional music instruments. The Police is hurrying everyone to move forward fast as there are lines being formed of other Ganesh trust's to get involved in the Visarjan procession.

As it is known the Ganesh festival is being held in the season of Monsoon so there is a probability of rain, so everyone is carrying Umbrella's, Raincoats, there are also sheds made at the side of road to get shelter.

As everyone is involved in the procession the drizzling of rain begins, people start opening the umbrella's , wearing Raincoats, caps, but as the rain increases the Dhol Tasha Pathak also increases their energy to produce the beats. The Ganesha idol placed in a Palakhi(पालखी) is being covered by the trust people with cloth umbrella specially made for idol. As the rain goes on increasing surrounding folks including me starts covering Ganesha idol, the trust people holding Palakhi and the Dhol Tasha people with whatever they have umbrella's , plastic bags, even with hands !! I was literally rooted at place where I was standing by witnessing this scene as not a single beat reduced or skipped from music instruments rather the beats and energy kept on increasing. There were tears rolling down my eyes as until the rain stopped the procession kept moving with the scene as it is. A person like who always want to capture every moment in pictures, not even gave a thought to it as I just wanted this feeling to be printed in my memory forever!

By experiencing this I had all at once! I truly felt overwhelmed as for whatever reason Lokmanya tilak had started Ganesh chaturthi festival then was actually achieved. No differentiation, no second thought while covering everybody from rain but just pure Humanity, Love , Respect and Bhakti (भक्ती) for Lord Ganesha !

I really thank the Universe and to Lord Ganesha for making me born in India and for giving me opportunity to worship Ganesha 🙏.

Ganapati bappa Moraya !!!
