Being Moonlit

Allowed myself to experience this night  at Zapurza, an art museum in a village called Kudje next to Pune. Was part of a beautiful full moon night led by Varun of Taal inc and Manisha of Oneek. 

To be one with the moon, to dance to the drums, and totally let go, not be seen and yet to see myself completely was a profound experience.. To surrender to the moon, and to let it soak me up like a thirsty flower wanting to drink up Dew, or be the grass that let itself be enveloped with the early morning Mist all over..

I could feel the Moon penetrate my being..my heart, my soul.. Never have I sat down and then danced and then lied down and just totally BE with that Divinity called the Moon.. To fix my gaze into its eyes and let it speak unspoken secrets to me.. To bask in it's moonbeams,to let it embrace me with so much Magic and Warmth. To have so many unfiltered conversations, and unabashed exchanges..

I was in that moment making love to the moon.. And it to me.. and it made me so alive and so clear with its light…I will forever be grateful.. For such clarity and such Divinity.

Chand ne kheli chhupan chupayi,

Kabhi Chhupta ,Kabhi Diktha,

Hum uski Taal pe jhoome ,

Hum uski dhun mein naache ,

Humne Chand ko aur Chand ne hume nihara,

Pure Chand aur uski chaandni ko apne me utara,

Sab the Saath aur Sab the Alag..

Is Chand ne hum sab ko Sambhala

Chand ne kheli chhupan chupayi,

Hai, is Chand ne kheli chhupan chupayi..

How the moon played Hide and Seek

Sometimes seen, sometimes hidden,

We Swung to it's Rhythm,

We danced to it's Tune,

We Stared at the moon and it Stared back at us,

We took in the full moon and full moon light,

We were all one, and we were all seperate,

This moon took care of all of us,

This moon played Hide and Seek,
