20 mins - Ellipticals

15 mins - Treadmill

15 minutes - Cycling

10 minutes - Stairmaster

Post cardio, did some resistance training as well - 

3 sets - Weighted Crunches

3 sets - Planks

On my way back home, was completely drenched. This is how it should be.
