Had a good workout. DId the following -
Squats - 3 sets of 20 each
Leg Press (180 Pounds) - 3 sets of 15 each
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 20 each
Calf Curl - 3 sets of 15 each
Calf Raise (more than 100 pounds cant remember) - 3 sets of 20 each
Hamstring Curl - 3 sets of 15 each
The best partt is that todays personal session shall continue tomorrow. Coupled with an awesome cardio, should set things for tomorrow.
