Workout 14-6-2024 - 9:05AM to 10:15AM

Had a good workout. DId the following - 

  • Squats - 3 sets of 20 each

  • Leg Press (180 Pounds) - 3 sets of 15 each

  • Leg Extension - 3 sets of 20 each

  • Calf Curl - 3 sets of 15 each

  • Calf Raise (more than 100 pounds cant remember) - 3 sets of 20 each

  • Hamstring Curl - 3 sets of 15 each

The best partt is that todays personal session shall continue tomorrow. Coupled with an awesome cardio, should set things for tomorrow.

I love food. Live to eat – will apply aptly in my case. Happy – celebrate with food, tempo down – cheer up with food, anxiety attack – need an endless supply of food to calm down!
