What happens when people focus on one and only one goal - unto the exclusion of all else that life has to offer?
Unto the exclusion any potential pleasures that could conceivably be attained?
You can raise two children with no resources, no help and very little love.
That, is focus. That, is commitment. That, is the selfish gene.
